Description

The Proxy Text-to-Speech communications have a TCP/IP error.

Repair procedure

Caution:
This repair procedure requires you to stop the voice system. Stopping the voice system ends call processing. Stop the voice system at times of little or no call activity, or re-route calls to agents or to another IR system.

1. Check the configuration and status of the speech server.
2. If speech server disconnection is not the cause of the problem, stop and start the voice system.
