Deleting a directory view entry

This procedure provides information on deleting a directory view entry currently defined for a remote machine. You can also delete all directory view entries for a remote machine.

To delete a directory view entry:

1. Start at the Administration menu, and select Message Networking Administration > Remote Machine Administration > Directory Views.
   The system displays the Directory Views page.
2. Select the remote machine from which you want delete a directory view from the Machine Name drop-down menu.
   The table below the menu displays the current directory views for the selected remote machine.
3. Highlight the directory view you want to delete by clicking the name in the table.
4. Click Delete Selected Directory View.
   A message asks you to confirm that you want to delete the directory view.
5. Click OK.
   The directory view is deleted for the remote machine.

6. Click Return to Main to return to the Administration menu.
