Assigning Enterprise List permissions by range of network address

This topic provides information about using a range of network addresses to assign permissions for an Enterprise List. You can also delete permissions that have previously been assigned.

Note: Network addresses are formulated from dial plan mapping of subscriber mailbox IDs.

To use a range of network addresses to assign permissions for an Enterprise List:

  1. Start at the Administration menu, and then select Message Networking Administration > Enterprise List Administration > Manage Enterprise Lists
The system displays the Manage Enterprise Lists page.
  2. On the Manage Enterprise Lists page under Total Number of Enterprise Lists, select the Enterprise List to which you want to assign permissions.
  3. Click Manage Permissions of Selected List.
The system displays the Enterprise List Permissions page.
  4. From the Select Method to Administer Permissions menu, select By Range of Network Address.
The system displays the Enterprise List Members By Range of Network Address page.
  5. Complete the fields on the page. You can click the field names or Help on the Web-based administration page to view more information.
