Manage Enterprise Lists

Use this page to manage Enterprise Lists on the Message Networking system. You can create new lists, change attributes of existing lists, add subscribers to lists, delete members from lists, change permissions of list members, and change the delivery priority of list members.

This page contains the following fields.

Total Number of Enterprise Lists: Displays the number of Enterprise Lists currently defined on the Message Networking system.

The table that follows Total Number of Enterprise Lists provides four categories of information about Enterprise Lists on the system:

• List Name: This column contains the name associated with each Enterprise List.
• List ID: This column contains the network address associated with each Enterprise List.
• Owner's Name: This column contains the name of the owner of each Enterprise List.
• Owner's Address: This column contains the network address for the owner of each Enterprise List.

Note: You can sort the information in this table by clicking the top of any of the four columns.

Select one or more Enterprise Lists by highlighting them in the table. Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to manage the selected Enterprise Lists.

The following buttons are displayed at the bottom of this page:

• Sort Lists: Allows you to sort Enterprise Lists by four key list designators.
• Change Attributes of Selected List: Allows you to modify an Enterprise List.
• Manage Memberships of Selected List: Allows you to change and manage members of a selected Enterprise List.
• Create a New List: Allows you to create a new Enterprise List.
• Manage Permissions of Selected List: Allows you to assign Enterprise List permissions.
• Delete Selected List: Click this button to delete an Enterprise List.
• Back: Click this button to return to the Enterprise List Administration page.
• Return to Main: Click this button to return to the Administration menu.
• Help: Click this button to get information about this page.
