The Remote Machine Dial Plan List contains currently administered
dial plan information for the remote machines on the Message Networking
system.
To access the Remote Machine Dial Plan List:
- Start at the Administration menu, and select Message Networking
Administration > Remote Machine Administration >
Remote Machine Lists > Remote Machine Dial Plan List.
The system displays the Remote Machine Dial Plan List.
- Review the list. The list contains the following information
for each remote machine:
- Machine Name: Lists the names of the remote machine
currently administered on the system, in alphabetical order.
- Machine Type: Lists the machine type of each remote
machine. The following machine types are supported:
- INTUITY Release 4.0 or later
- AMIS Analog
- Aria Analog
- Serenade Analog
- Octel 100
- UM Analog
- Aria Digital
- Serenade Digital
- VPIM
- Avaya Modular Messaging
- SMTP–Unified Messenger
- SMTP–Message Networking
- Other SMTP/MIME
- Start: Beginning mailbox ID for the range of mailboxes
used on each remote machine.
- End: Ending mailbox ID for the range of mailboxes
used on each remote machine.
- From: Actual digit(s) to be used to replace the mailbox
ID in the Mailbox ID Start for remote subscribers.
- To: Actual digit(s) to be used to replace the mailbox
ID in the Mailbox ID End for remote subscribers.
The number of remote machines is displayed beneath the dial
plan list.
The following buttons appear at the bottom of this page:
- Back: Click this button to return to the Remote Machine
Lists page.
- Return to Main: Click this button to return to the Administration
menu.
- Export to File: Click this button to export the contents
of the Remote Machine Dial Plan List to a file (/iclog/icftp/reports/pr_rep_dialplan).
When When a message asks if you want to overwrite any previous
version of the report, click OK.
