To view a report of all enhanced lists on
a system:
- Start at the Messaging Administration main
menu and select:
Feature Administration
Enhanced-List Application
Manage
Enhanced-Lists and Memberships
The system displays the Manage Enhanced-Lists page.
- Click Display a Report of All Lists.
The system displays the Report of Enhanced-Lists, a table that
lists each enhanced list, along with the list name, mailbox number,
whether replies are allowed, COS number, and community ID.
- Print the list from the browser window to use
as a record.
- Click Back twice to return to the Manage Enhanced-List
page or, if you are done administering enhanced lists, click Return
to Main.
