Accessing the LDAP address directory

After you have successfully administered Email (Internet Messaging) and you have verified that public LAN access to the LDAP directory is enabled, you can inform your subscribers that they can administer their email client applications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, to take advantage of "by name" addressing.

For instructions how your local subscribers can access the LDAP directory, see the "Accessing the LDAP address directory" chapter in the Client Access to a Subscriber Mailbox (pdf) printable guide.
