Changing a system password

This topic describes how to change the sa, sappp, and vm system passwords using the web-based administration pages. System administrators who log in with the sa login can change the password for the sa, sappp, and vm logins. Voice messaging administrators who log in with the vm login can only change the password for the vm login.

Note: If you are the system administrator using the sa login and you lose the sa password, contact the remote support center to establish a new password.
