Verifying customer options

The system has a variety of customer options that can be enabled or disabled. You can verify that an optional feature is enabled for your system by checking the read-only Customer Options page. If you would like to enable an optional feature that is currently not enabled, contact your remote support center.

Note: Only certified Avaya personnel can use this page to change customer options.

To access and display the Customer Options page:

  1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:
  2. Global Administration
         Customer Options

    The Customer Options page is displayed. For more information, click Help on the web-based administration page.

  3. Click Return to Main to return to the Messaging Administration main menu.
