The product ID is a 10-digit number used
to identify your Avaya message server. You must have the product
ID when you are contacting your remote support center.
To access the product ID:
- Start at the Messaging Administration main
menu and select:
Basic System Administration
Alarming Administration
The system displays the Alarm Management
page.
- Record the product ID that displays
in the Product ID field for use with the remote support center.
- Click Back in the web browser to return to the Basic
System Administration page or, if you are finished performing
basic system administration, click Return to Main.
