- Start at the Messaging Administration main
menu and select:
Global Administration
Messaging Administration
The system displays the SSH User Authentication
dialog box. Enter your login, for example, sa or vm, in the User name field
and your password in the Password field. Click Login. The system then
displays the Messaging command prompt screen.
- Enter reset voice-mail restart
at the enter command prompt.
The system displays the Reset System Restart
screen.
- Press F3 (Enter) to restart
the messaging system or press F1 (Cancel) to
cancel the restart.
If you pressed F3 (Enter), the messaging system restarts. If
you pressed F1 (Cancel), the restart is canceled and the cursor
returns to the command line.
- Click Return to Main to return to the main menu.
