Viewing software installation and removal logs

This topic describes how to view software installation and removal logs on the Message Storage Server (MSS).

The software installation and removal logs contain information about the installation, update, and removal of MSS software packages.

To view the MSS software installation and removal logs:

1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:

Utilities
     Software Management
          Installation/Removal Logs Display

The Installation/Removal Logs Display page is displayed.

2. Select the log you want to view.

   For information about a specific log, click the question mark (?) next to the specific log you want to view.

3. When you are finished viewing the logs, click Software Management Menu to return to the Software Management menu or Return to Main if you are finished managing software.
