Assigning a Goto action

The Goto action routes the caller directly to another application node, mailbox, or caller application.

To assign a Goto action:

  1. Display the General tab.
  2. Click Action type > Goto.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Node  Routes the caller to another application node in the caller application. Select the application node from the drop-down list.
    • Caller application  Routes the caller to another caller application. Select the caller application from the drop-down list of caller applications already deployed in the voice mail domain.
  4. Click OK or Apply.
