Assigning a Termination action

The Termination action lets the caller leave a message.

To assign a Termination action:

  1. Display the General tab.
  2. Click Action type > Termination.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Disconnect  Disconnects the caller from the system.
    • Automated attendant  Routes the caller to the automated attendant.
    • Logon to mailbox  Routes the caller to the automated attendant, which behaves as if the caller has pressed [#] by prompting for the mailbox number.
  4. Click OK or Apply.
