Assigning a Transfer action

The Transfer action transfers a caller to either the operator, a mailbox, or an extension number.

To assign a Transfer action:

  1. Display the General tab.
  2. Click Action type > Transfer.
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Operator  Transfers the caller to the operator. You configure the operator number in the Application tab of the caller application.
    • Mailbox  Transfers the caller to a specified mailbox number. You must enter the mailbox number in the adjacent field.
    • Extension  Transfers the caller to a specified extension number. You must enter the extension number in the adjacent field.
  4. Click OK or Apply.
