Understanding event columns in the Viewer window

The table below describes the event columns in the Operation History Viewer window.


Column	Description
Date	Date the event occurred
Time	Time the event occurred
Object	System component that generated the event, for example, the telephone user interface (TUI)
Event	Event identifier
Type	Severity of the event
Call-ID	Call identifier
Message Application Server	Name of the MAS on which the event occurred
Information	Description of the event
Port	Port identifier, if any, associated with the event
Mailbox	Mailbox identifier, if any, associated with the event
Directory Search Key	Directory search key identifying a user’s mailbox on an e-mail server
