Enabling collection of operation history events

Before you can view operation history events, you must enable operation history collection for the voice mail domain.

To enable collection of operation history events:

  1. Start the Voice Mail System Configuration application.
  2. Click the voice mail domain.
  3. Double-click Tracing System.
  4. Click the Operation History Collection tab.
  5. Click Enable Operation History Collection.
