This topic provides information about running
Remote Message Daily or Monthly Traffic Reports, which gather information about traffic
loads between a local messaging machine and a specified remote messaging
machine:
Running a Remote Message Daily Traffic
Report
The Remote Message Daily Traffic Report gathers up to eight days
of information about message traffic between a local messaging machine
and a specified remote messaging machine.
To run a Remote Message Daily Traffic Report:
- On the Messaging Measurements page, type the password associated with you administration account (login) and press Enter (
 ).
- At
the enter command prompt, type either:
- list measurements remote-messages day machine
- list measurements remote-messages day machine
mm/dd/yy
where machine is the name of the remote messaging machine
for which you want information and mm/dd/yy is the starting
date up to seven days previous to the current date that you
want as a starting point for the report.
If you do not enter a date, the current date is used.
The system displays the Remote Message Daily Traffic screen.

- Press F1 (Cancel) to return the cursor to the
enter command prompt.
Running a Remote Message Monthly Traffic
Report
The Remote Message Monthly Traffic Report gathers up to 13 months
of information about traffic load between a local messaging machine
and a specified remote messaging machine.
To run a Remote Message Monthly Traffic Report:
- On the Messaging Measurements page, type the password associated with you administration account (login) and press Enter ( ).
- At
the enter command prompt, type either:
- list measurements remote-messages month machine
- list measurements remote-messages month machine
mm/yy
where machine is the name of the remote messaging machine
for which you want information and mm/yy is the starting
month up to 12 months previous to the current month that you
want as a starting point for the report. If no month is specified,
the current month is used.
The system displays the Remote Message Monthly Traffic screen.
