Field definitions: Subscriber Monthly Traffic report, page 1

Field Name Description/Procedure
Name The subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. It is the name you entered on the command line or the name corresponding to the subscriber's extension if you entered the extension.
Mailbox Number The mailbox number of the subscriber whose traffic information is being reported. This is the number you entered on the command line or the number corresponding to the subscriber's name if you entered the name.
Community ID The number of the community to which the subscriber belongs.
Date The starting month and year for which traffic data was collected for the report. It is the month you entered on the command line or the current month if you did not specify a month.

If you enter a month previous to the current month, each month's record is presented as an additional page (screen). Press F7 (Next Page) and F8 (Prev Page) to scroll through each monthly report record.

Ending Date The month, day, and year at which data collection ended.
Mailbox Space Used The amount of message space (in Mbytes and minutes) in use by the subscriber at the end of the reporting period.
Space Allowed The maximum mailbox size (in Mbytes and minutes) administered for this subscriber during the reporting period.
Maximum Space Used The maximum amount of message space (in Mbytes and minutes) in use at any given time during the reporting period.
Voice Mail Messages Received
Local Mail Messages The number of messages received by the subscriber during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Voice Components The number of voice components received by the subscriber during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
FAX Components The number of fax components received by the subscriber during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Binary Attachments The number of binary attachments received by the subscriber during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Text Components The number of text components received by the subscriber during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Remote Mail Messages The number of messages received by the subscriber from networked machines during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Voice Components The number of voice components received by the subscriber from networked machines during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
FAX Components The number of fax components received by the subscriber from networked machines during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Binary Attachments The number of binary attachments received by the subscriber from networked machines during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Text Components The number of text components received by the subscriber from networked machines during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
Undeliverable Notifications The number of times a subscriber was alerted that a message was undeliverable during prime and non-prime hours during the reporting period.
