Counter (virtual bytes) for vserver process greater than 2.0 GB

Description

This alarm indicates that the counter (in virtual bytes) for the MM Messaging Application Server service is greater than 2.0 GB. This means that the service has exceeded the recommended virtual memory usage.

This problem may be caused by memory leaks in the system. When this happens, the system can become unstable, and one or more processes or services can begin to fail.

Repair Procedure

The system will automatically run a maintenance procedure to restart the MM Messaging Application Server service.
