Use the Auto Attendant dialog box, Holidays tab to configure the Automated Attendant holiday prompts for a voice mail domain.

You can set up alternate prompts to be played on specific dates, for example, when the office is closed for a public holiday. You can configure up to 18 holidays to be active at one time.

Important!   Make sure you have recorded the holiday prompts and made a note of the associated prompt numbers. See MAS - Visual Voice Editor (Custom Prompts).

To open the Auto Attendant dialog box:

  1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, click the voice mail domain.
  2. Double-click Auto Attendant. The system displays the Auto Attendant dialog box for the selected VMD, with the Attendant Main Menu Editor tab active.
