VMSC - VMD - PBX Configuration Dialog Box (IP H.323)

This topic describes how to use the PBX Configuration (IP H.323) dialog box to configure Private Branch Exchange (PBX) properties for H.323-based IP integration.

To open the PBX Configuration dialog box:

In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, click the voice mail domain (VMD).

Double-click PBXs. The system expands the node to show all available types of PBX.

Double-click the IP H.323 PBX. The system displays the PBX Configuration (IP H.323) dialog box for the selected VMD.

You can configure properties in the following PBX Configuration (IP H.323) tabs:

Transfer/Outcall Use this tab to configure the transfer mode.

Tone Detection Use this tab to specify the maximum silence before hanging up.

Outgoing Call Use this tab to set up PBX outgoing call options, including the number plan and the number type.
