Viewing the MSS Maintenance log

The Maintenance log contains descriptions of all reported maintenance events.

Note: This is only available if you have logged in as tsc.

To access the maintenance log:

1. From the MSS Messaging Administration menu, select Logs > Maintenance Log.

The system displays the Maintenance Log page.

2. Complete the fields on the page. For more information, click the field names or Help on the web-based administration page.
3. Click Display to view the entries.
4. Examine the displayed events.
5. Click Return to Main to return to the Messaging Administration main menu.
