Verifying MSS status

To access and verify the MSS status:

1. From the MSS Messaging Administration menu, select System Configuration and Status > System Status.

   The system takes a few minutes to run system status checks and then displays the following information on the Verify System Status-System Verification page:

   • Status of each software module
   • Status of voice system
   • Number of ports purchased
   • Number of ports/sessions in service
   • Hours of speech available
   • Hours of speech purchased
   • Hours of speech used
   • Number of available Text-to-Speech sessions, if applicable

   The items reported vary depending on your system configuration.

2. Click Return to Main to return to the Messaging Administration main menu.
