- In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, click the voice mail domain.
- Double-click Serviceability. The system displays the Serviceability dialog box for the selected voice mail domain, with the General tab active.
- Click the Internet Proxies tab.
- Avaya/Business Partner Primary Destination Enter the Avaya or Avaya Business Partner proxy primary IP address, or fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
- Avaya/Business Partner Secondary Destination Enter the Avaya or Avaya Business Partner proxy secondary IP address, or FQDN.
- Enable Customer Proxy Servers Click to enable customer internet proxies. This activates the following fields:
- Customer Primary Proxy Server Enter the customer proxy primary IP address, or FQDN.
- Customer Secondary Proxy Server Enter the customer proxy secondary IP address, or FQDN.
