Defining MSS subscriber management parameters

Use the Configure Subscriber Management page to make system-wide settings that apply to all subscribers, such as system mailboxes and maximum message length.

To define subscriber management parameters:

1. On the Configure Subscriber Management page, complete the first four fields to designate system mailboxes. For each system mailbox, first use the Add Subscriber page to create the mailbox, then enter the mailbox number in the appropriate field in the System Mailboxes area of this page. When you successfully save this page, the newly designated system mailboxes no longer count against the total number of purchased subscriber licenses.
2. You can use the last four fields on this page to create custom subscriber fields that contain useful information for your company. See Creating custom subscriber fields for more information.

   For information on completing the remaining fields on the page, click the field names or Help on the web-based administration page.

3. Click Save.
