Viewing a list of machines

You can view a list of all the machines identified on the Avaya™ S3400 Message Server, including the local S3400 system and any remote networked S3400 and Avaya™ Message Networking systems.

To view a list of all network machines:

1. Start at the Messaging Administration main menu and select:

Global Administration
     Networked Machine Management

The Manage Networked Machine page displays a list of the remote machines currently administered on the system.

2. Click Display Report of Networked Machine.

   The system displays the Report of Networked Machines page. This page lists the local machine and each administered remote machine and provides information about each machine, including the IP Address and Machine Type. You can click the field names or Help on the Web-based administration page to view more information.

3. If you want to modify one of the listed machines, you can click the machine name to display the Edit a Networked Machine page.
4. When you finish viewing the report, click Return to Main.
