You can set a second telephone number to ring when you receive calls. If the telephone is not in the drop-down list, you can specify another telephone number.
Avaya one-X Portal retains your telephone availability settings after you log out. Calls will continue to also ring, to be forwarded to your selected telephone, or to go directly to your coverage path until you reset your telephone availability. Depending upon the option you configured, you can reset your telephone availability in one-X Portal or on your desk telephone.
