Your telephone availability determines where one-X Portal sends calls to your business number. You can set your telephone availability in the Mode Settings window to the options in the following table.
Tip Some telephone availability options require the Extension to Cellular feature of your telephone system. If you are not sure whether your telephone system includes Extension to Cellular, consult your supervisor.

Selects an additional telephone number that rings for incoming calls. Automatically retains the telephone that you chose when you logged in.

Selects an alternate telephone number where all incoming calls are forwarded. Automatically deselects the telephone that you chose when you logged in.

Does not select any telephone numbers for your telephone settings. Automatically deselects the telephone that you chose when you logged in. All incoming calls go to your coverage path. For example, your calls may go directly to your voice mail.
This option allows you to be unavailable to incoming calls on your work extension.
