Sending all of your incoming calls to your coverage path

When you set your telephone availability to Do Not Disturb, all of your incoming automatically go to your coverage path.

Important

Avaya one-X Portal retains your telephone availability settings after you log out. Calls will continue to also ring, to be forwarded to your selected telephone, or to go directly to your coverage path until you reset your telephone availability. Depending upon the option you configured, you can reset your telephone availability in one-X Portal or on your desk telephone.

  1. From Application controls, select Settings.
  2. In the Welcome window, select Do Not Disturb.
  3. In the Welcome window, click OK.
