Specifying other phone numbers

You can specify phone numbers for different features in one-X Portal or other phone. The other phone is configured from Specify Other Phone window. You can either save the specified number for future use or it can be used temporarily as long as you are logged in.

From application menu settings, select settings.
On the Welcome window, select Specify Other from Place and receive calls using list.

On Specify Other Phone window, type the other phone number in Enter phone number in +<country/region><area/city><number> format.
To save the number, check the Save for future use as check box. This will enable the Other and Enter name fields, which are otherwise disabled. You can assign a category and name to the other phone number as indicated:
1. Select a category for the other phone number.
2. Type the name to be assigned to the other phone number.
Click OK.
