Language support
If your company installed the one-X Portal language pack, you can run one-X Portal in the following languages:
English
French (Parisian)
German
Italian
Japanese
Portuguese (Brazilian)
Simplified Chinese
Spanish (Latin American)
Default language
If your company did not install the one-X Portal language pack, one-X Portal runs in English only.
If your company installed the one-X Portal language pack, one-X Portal checks the preferred languages configured in your Web browser and by default:
If the preferred language list includes a supported language, selects the first supported language as your default language for one-X Portal.
If the preferred language list does not include a supported language, selects English as your default language for one-X Portal.
If your company installed the one-X Portal language pack, you can change your preferred language when you log in.
Important You can only run the one-X Portal Extensions in the same language as your operating system. If you change your default language for one-X Portal, and then log into the one-X Portal Extensions, one-X Portal may display in the same language as the one-X Portal Extensions. To avoid this issue, log into the one-X Portal Extensions first, then log into one-X Portal.
