Management tools

All three types of system management -- device management, site/network management, and system-wide operation management -- are unified in a Network Management System (NMS). The G700 Media Gateway management capabilities are designed to work with both Avaya MultiService StandAlone (AMSA), HP-OpenView (HP-OV), and other management systems. Device Managers, the Site/Network Management applications, and the System-Wide Operations tools can be launched from the NMS. Applications that run on top of NMS platforms work with either CSVA or HPOV.
