Reset Media Server

NOTE: Do not reset the media server if no translations were input or if they were not entered in bulk.

The following administration uses the services laptop computer connected to the active media server and uses Avaya Site Administration.

  1. If not already open, launch Avaya Site Administration.
  2. Log into the active media server as craft.
  3. Type reset system 4 and press Enter to have the call processing software read the copied translations.
