Using 9611 SIP stations, department doesn't want to see CLID no name/number for internal outgoing and incoming calls to specific phones (Inmates).
The attorney's call intimates using speed dial so they won't know the extension numbers assigned to the cells.
Currently on CS1k we just flat out turned off display in CLS (NDD) so that's an option too.
Looking for any ideas to try. Thx
