CM 7.2 with 9620 handsets.
We have an IPC dealer board connected via a SIP trunk link through a session manager.
We want to be able to auto answer a call from a dealer board user on a CM 9620 set.
It seems that as the dealer board is connected via a trunk the call is regarded as an external call and the auto answer feature will not work.
Is there a work-round for this please?
