We have 8 phones that pick up a help line ext 4700.
I've created one phone 9641 with extension 4700 and 7 others that have a bridged appearance of 4700.
is there a way to transfer a call from 4700 to 4700 as we did back in the CS1K days with MCR configuration?
I know they can transfer from 4700 to the other persons own extension.
