Avaya FPM 6.0

I'll just give a brief about the situation:
I have installed FPM 6.0 on a customer provided server.
I had configured the Integrated Management Database for the various elements at the customer site (8800 duplex CM 5.2, AES 5.2, MM 5.2, all the location Gateways & LSPs)
The server was hardened by the customer as per his global standards.
After the hardening the FPM seems to be working fine, infact i added MM & AES to it after it.
The problem faced is:
Now I need to add a S8300 on CM 6 to the same system.
I made the necessary changes & when i refreshed the FPM system config, the CPU type shows as "XEN" i.e. the XEN hypervisor used by avaya for virtualization.
but it shows some login error for accessing the SAT.
So it cant collect the system config.
Has anyone faced this issue?
