cannot see 2 entity links under the Session Manager instance on the SIP entity monitoring (system status).under the Security Module Status the session manager is down and get message ->No further details available
In the All Entity Links to SIP Entity, get message -> No entity link connections were found.
and this error message,
--> Unable to access SIP monitoring data from Session Manager.
I checked through maintenance tests of Session Manager system tools , all tests are ok.
The security module status is down (through system manager), on session manager (linux shell) the servive "secmod" is up.
Cannot see under Services/Replication any replica group.
Any help on this?
