I am seing:
Invalid transition, message type: 17413 on the signaling server SIP trace. The call is Nortel calls Cisco, Cisco is callforward all calls to the PSTN via the Nortel. When the PSTN devise answers (cell or landline) the call drops and the user on the Nortel hears reorder.
