I'm sending calls to CM via SES from an Audiocodes MP114 FXO. We have the calls working great outbound - audio path and all.
On the incoming calls that terminate to a VDN, the signalling will transfer back to the stations but, the MP114 never gets a "REFER" message from CM that tells the MP114 to tranfer the RTP to the phone.
According to docs I've found, a feature "ISDN/SIP Network Call Redirection" needs to be licensed and enabled. This feature, I'm told, is enabled only when you CC Elite or EAS enabled.
This feature in my application has nothing to do with CC. Seems I remember a while back, there is a special feature that will do the same thing.
In any case, if you have any information on this, please let me know.
