It seems we have to replace an announcement bd in the switch, Avaya says firmware is outdated and therefor cannot connect to it. FTP and no network connectivity at all. Is there any way to connect via the com port on back of card and retrieve wav files. New system with old cards, Aura CM6. Appreciate any help.
