hello, I have presence server 6.2 with patch 7, I want to see the presence of H323 phone, for this i use AES 6.2, I have ACM 5.2.1.
The aes collector is connected to the AES.
my problem is i can not see the presence of H323 phone in Avaya one X agent and communicator.
