They are definitely out of memory. The BUG228 is the malloc failure.Since the SL1 task is suspended it BUG7058 and reboot
Tier4 is working on a memory leak diagnostic patch .
Patch MPLR33249 has been provided to collect memory leak information. Next Install patch and monitor for DIAG0004 33249 x, x is a block of a meg.
Avaya is aware of this issue.
