First and Last name reversed after account sync
PROBLEM TEXT:
When UPM CS1000 account sync is run causes the frist and last name to be reversed in LD 95
SETUP AND ACTIONS PERFORMED TO CAUSE THE PROBLEM:
SMGR + CS1000 Linux server R7.6 with EM deployed.
1. Migrate users from BCC to UPM.
2. Perform an account sync.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
1. OK.
2. OK.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
1. OK.
2. OK, but First and Last name are reversed in LD95 output on CS.
SYSTEM IMPACT OF PROBLEM:
No system impact.
END USER IMPACT OF PROBLEM:
Confused by reversed First and Last name.
OTHER COMMENTS:
The issue consists of two parts:
1) It is not possible to choose Preferred Name format when doing a migration.
2) Problem in UPM that Localized name is filled as "Last, First" even though displayName is filled correctly (e.g. "First, Last").
Design team has created a BCC fix patch cs1000-bcc-7.65.16.23-2.i386.000.ntl
