Digital/IP set is configured with a DN key.
The DN is specified in one or more GHT lists
1. Load overlay 11 and change the DN key to another not-null key, say ADL.
Save the changes, run audit.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
MPLR32014 DIAG002 and DIAG004 messages are not printed out.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
MPLR32014 DIAG002 and DIAG004 messages are not printed out.
IMPACT OF PROBLEM:
Many audit messages every loop.
The messages DIAG002 and DIAG004 are printed out from MPLR32014 when Group Hunt
audit detects a situation when a PBX TN or a DN block have NIL
pointer to a group hunt block DN_GHBLK (DIAG002) or have its pointer
but a group hunt list and a member in it are not stored in the group
hunt block (DIAG004).
The customer did not mention any scenario leading to the messages.
There have been three scenarios found that lead to this error conditions.
1. Digital/IP set is configured with a DN key.
The DN is specified in one or more GHT lists.
Load overlay 11 and change the DN key to another non-null key, say ADL.
Save the changes, run audit.
2. Create a digital set. Assigned a DN to two keys of the created set.
Create two GHT lists with this DN. Then delete this TN. Run audit.
Design team has created a fix patch MPLR33328 .
