- Reviewed the ACD and set protected data blocks. - ACD1401 has ALOG = NO as expected after the service change. - Found ACD queue 1355 with 2 sets with DES = AAOA. It has IVR = NO and in that case ALOG does not print, but in the data structure it is set to YES. - MPLR32975 is in the lab, so made a service change to ACD1355 to confirm that it sets ALOG = NO if you enter IVR = NO during an ACD service change.
soluton :install 32975 and Change acdn to alog and ivr from yes to no and alog will change to no.
