Hi All
i have an integration project where i have to integrate avaya cm 7.1 with eptera pms system ( pms is a cloud application but they have provided middlewear for connection).
I did the configuration but when i check status pms-link
it shows physical UP but protocol is DOWN.
requesting help in this issue please
