    System Manger

    Running System Manger 6.3 service pack 14. Our System platform and CM are up to date.

    I'm able to get an inventory but when I run Analyze the job fails right away.

    Cause of Failure: "Compatibility schema is null or empty."
    Prior to service pack 14 Analyze was working to a degree. I'm using a proxy in user settings.
    In Software Management under Inventory there is a message that reads. Note: Analyze operation can not recommend the entitled version for devices without correct user settings. I'm not sure if that Note is there all the time or an indication of a configuration issue.
    I have SSH and SNMP setup on our CM and Media Gateways. I have tested the SSH login accounts I created for system manager.
