    One-X Attendant client 4.x ITB / ABS Error

    Hello,

    Need assistance with a One-X Attendant problem. This is a server / client configuration for One-X Attendant. The issue is the One-X Attendant client PC recieves A "ITB" and "ABS" error. The ITB error reads the following.

    "Could not establish connection to directory server!
    Verify that the directory server is running and the connection parameters are configured correctly."


    The ABS error reads.

    "Test message request failed! Error code (-4). Check connection to directory server (ITB)."

    I have tried A few version of One-X Attendant for client and server (4.10, 4.11, 4.9). I have tried installing the server on a Windows 8.1, 7, and now 2008 server virtual. I have turned off the firewall on all machines. The odd thing is I can see the client connect to the server (The configuration tool shows the One-X Attendant client under the list of one-X Attendant devices. I feel like something is blocking port 21099, but I can't figure out what. I did try setting up the phone book which integrates fine (CSV and or Active Directory, both work). I also made sure DNS works and there was a (A)host record. Lastly I have tried installing the client onto the server, doing so works (As it is on the same device).

    Has anyone run into the ITB error on a client server configuration? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
